My name is Craig Sorensen I've been in the fitness industry for over a decade.
I'm a certified Personal Trainer, Yoga instructor and level 1 Precision Nutritionist with numerous other fitness certifications.
I truly like to put the "PERSONAL" in Personal Training. By helping my clients achieve their goals in a fun meaningful way .
I've been active in fitness most of my life from playing hockey, other team sports to participating in Karate, boxing and running, whether it's marathons or obstacle races. I love being active and getting to meet the numerous people associated in trying to improve their well being.
